  • Cannot open email attachment in Outlook

    Office 2003 on XP. I have a whacky problem. Outlook user can not open some attachments in an email. A forwarded email as an attachment will not open. User clicks it and nothing happens.   • I cannot receive email to my Exchange Server from an outside source

  • Problem: I cannot delete an email from outbox

    I have an email in my outbox that is very large. I cannot delete it as it says it is in the middle of sending. It has resent the email at least 200 times to the original reciepients. How do I delete it from my outbox. I looked for outbox.dbx and couldn't find it.

  • Problem: Cannot send out email from iPhone.

    I am trying to set up an iPhone with an MS Exchange 2003 server. I am able to receive, but unable to send out. I believe that the problem is associated with port 993. How do I open this port? I have already tried to open this on the pix, but I cannot telnet to the port? Any suggestions?
