  • Problem: Outlook 2000 Email AutoComplete

    In outlook 2000, when you create a new message. Outlook usually will remember email address that you've previously entered. I have an install that is not doing this, and I thought it was just a built in option that has not configuration. Is there something else that I should look at to get this working...

  • Problem: Using Word 2000 as the email editor in Outlook 2003

    Can you use a lower version of Word with Outlook 2003? I recently upgraded Outlook for some users who have Office 2000. So now they have Outlook 2003 with the rest of the Office 2000 suite. But they cannot use Word now as the email editor. Is there a solution to this other than upgrading Word?
