Change Vista Dual boot order

I have just installed XP first and then Vista on two separate partitions so that I may dual boot. All I want to do is change the Windows Boot Manager to boot to XP by default (instead of Vista) and decrease the timer a little bit. Anyone know how to edit this? boot.ini?
