  • Error 1612 when trying to update Office 2003 with SP3

    We have Office 2003 SP2 running on Windows Server 2003 running Terminal Services. When I try to install Office 2003 SP3, I get the following message: Seeing if patch C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\1\IXP000.TMP\MAINSP3.msp is needed... The update failed. Finished processing the update on 04/14/2008...

  • Problem: Outlook won't download pictures

    Outlook 2003, sp3..user gets an html mail and outlook blocks the image from downloading. He right clicks and selects to download the picture and he just gets a bunch of red x's. I uninstalled Office completely and deleted the Office directory, reinstalled office 03 and slapped sp3 on and have gotten...
