I have one user who is unable to open Word 2003 SP3 in normal mode. It crashes and offers her safe mode. I haven't been able to find anything online about the error. I have tried detect and repair as well as reinstalling SP3. I also tried removing all of her installed printers. Her pc runs XP Pro...
