GAL does not show when trying to Delegate in outlook 07

When users try to delegate in Outlook 07 it only shows one company address list and not the GAL. How can I change this so that when they click the drop down arrrow it shows the GAL?

Ok here is the fix.

In outlook 2007 go to Tools> Send/receive> Download Address Book. Remove teh check from "Download changes since last Send/Receive".
On "information to download" select Full Details.
On "Choose address book:" choose \Global Address list.

Issue resolved. Now when you add a delegate is shows the GAL.
