Convert Lotus 123 file to Excel

I have a few Lotus Notes files.

they are saved as .123 and we no longer have lotus installed.

is there a way to convert these files to be able to open them in excel without installing lotus?

Solution: Convert Lotus 123 file to Excel

Office version previous to office 2007, have filters that can be installed to handle wks file.

rename one of the Lotus 123 files to xxx.wks, and try to open with office.

Worst case, install the free OPen Office 2.4.1 from openoffice.org, and it can read 123, and write to Excel.
