Pivot table: Add Chart Title - Dynamic by Filter

Hi, I input the following for the chart title ='Project Hours'!$B$1 works perfectly but I need to add text before that says Project Hours For ---the date its filtered for or 'Project Hours'!$B$1---- Any thoughts?
