Multiple records form - remove control

I have a form with multiple records which is what I want.  To make it more friendly for the end users I want to eliminate the control on the right edge of the form and replace it with a button to delete the record.  I attached a screen print

Those are called Record Selectors and are a Form Property ... Yes/No (on or Off) ... IF ... this a Continuous Form (as opposed to datasheet view).  So, you can turn them on / off ... but, you cannot put a button in their place.  You could ... put a button to the left of the first text box.
