CREATE MTD AND YTD

I would like the MTD and YTD formula based on the DEPCOMB column and CATEGORY column.  See the attached Excel file.

So you will have this each month in a summary like below
:  
Depcomb     Category         Mtd   Ytd

Something like this...You can select the month from the TOP and accordingly you can play arround as per whatever you want to do with it...
