Problems editing a table with form fields

I have a word document that has a table with form fields. I would like to be able to add rows to the forms, but it won't allow me to. I have the developer tab for word and it states that the access is not restricted when I looked under protect document. Is there a way to lock the table so that you can't add anymore rows?

I don't have 2007 , but in all other versions of Word you can't add rows to a table while the document is Protected for Forms. I understand that the interface is different so I can't guide you on how to remove the protection in Word 2007. You may need a password.
