Assigning Exchange 2007 Calendar permissions

Could someone recommend a good way to assign calendar permissions for a whole company with Exchange 2007

E.g
All staff have view permissions on all calendars except the MD's
All management staff have edit permissions on staffs calendars

I found a tool called pfdavadmin which more or less does what we needed

May be useful for anyone else who wants to do this
