!!! URGENT !!!! Exchange 2007 Relaying

Hi all

I have a client that uses a .net application that interfaces with a SQL database on a separate server to the domain controller which is SBS 08 im trying to get machines within the network to be able send bulk mail via the server for sending out grower reports

What i have done is setup a 2nd receive connector on the SBS server in Exchange management console which allows anonymous users to send mail with the ip range being the whole network of 192.168.30.x

When the client tries to send mail from their application i get a message stating the following

Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: 5.7.1 Unable to relay

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated
