Word: error "cannot find hyphenation file mshy3GE.dll"

Hello

I have Office XP english and the language pack installed. In the tool "Microsoft Office Language Settings" I have enabled "German" and "German (Switzerland)".

When I open a new document and set the language to german everything works including hyphenation.

But when I open received german documents created with older Word versions I get the error message "Word cannot find the hyphenation file mshy3GE.dll or mshy32.dll for German (Switzerland)".

What can I do? I have already tried to copy these files to Microsoft Shared/Proof, but it didn't help.

It cannot be a simple installation problem on my computer, because other collegues have the same problem.
